In order to support your work, we are preparing the following news gathering and reporting system. Please read the information below carefully, and we appreciate your cooperation. We restrict coverage only to sports media. We do not accept any other purposes for coverage. Please note that if your work deviates remarkably from our regulations or instructions, we might ask you to leave the competition hall.

- End of Press Registration
We accepted press application nearly one month from 24 March to 22 April but we would like to announce that the Press Registration for the OQT 2008 ended completely on 22 April 2008.

JVA Press Section

- For Writer / Cameraman (Photographer / Non-Rights Holder)
* Please note that the space in the competition hall is limited, so we might have to limit the number of writers and cameramen (e.g. 1 writer and 1 cameraman per company). We do not accept application on a magazine-by-magazine basis.
* If you are a freelance, please obtain a permit from the person in charge of your publication. You will have to provide the information on your publication when sending us the "FIVB Olympic Qualified Tournament Application Form".
* Please take photographs only from the permitted area.
* Non-rights holders are permitted to film only at the Mixed Zone and Interview Room. No filming at the courtsides and court ends.
* There is no parking area. Please use the public transportation.

- Materials (Photographs and Videos)
* Please be reminded that photographs and videos taken during the competition are limited only to the publicity activities on volleyball.

- Issue of Press AD Card / Registration at Site
* You are not permitted to enter the competition hall without a Press AD card. You can pick up your AD card upon your arrival at the press information desk. In order for us to know the number of press, please stop by the press information desk everyday.
* We will ask photographers and non-rights holders to wear a bib. You are not permitted to take photographs or film at the competition hall without wearing it. Please keep your bib during the competition period. We are not ready to lend a new one if you lose it.
** Non-Rights Holder: You have no right to film at the courtsides and court ends even if you wear a bib.

- Head Coaches Press Conference
* We will hold a press conference with all the head coaches on the day before the opening game. Details of the press conference will be forwarded to you separately.

- Permitted Area
* Writer: Interview Room, Mixed Zone, Courtside Press Seats
* Photographer: Interview Room, Camera Area
* Non-Rights Holder: Interview Room, Mixed Zone

- Internet Access
* Free Internet access is available at the Press Room.

- Other
* We might refuse your news gathering activities if you violate the regulations and instructions set by the Organizing Committee of the 2008 World Olympic Qualification Tournament.
